Multidisciplinary modeling, design coordination and construction applications for linear water transport works and associated structures.
The project covered waterways, bridges and supporting facilities. Models were organized around the characteristics of linear infrastructure to support critical-node design communication, discipline coordination and construction-stage applications.
Common coordinates and model organization rules brought distributed assets together so critical nodes, discipline interfaces and construction methods could be reviewed and communicated in one 3D environment.
